$260 Deluxe balcony with Full Kitchen! Pet Friendly (Old Orchard Beach)

The Grand Beach Inn is now offering weekly rates starting now until May 15th 2024.
We have the deluxe balcony with kitchen room available, includes two double beds and a full equipped .
The rate is $260 a week + tax.
This will also cover heat, hot water, electricity, WI-FI and snow removal.
We do require a $500 security deposit and $250 pet deposit.
(If applicable) No cats.
The deposits are refundable at the end of your stay as long as no damages.
There is a non refundable $25 application fee per applicant that is 18+ *Credit Checks Required* We do not accept any form of General Assistance, Housing Vouchers, State Aids etc.
