RSU #23 (District) District Wide Bus Aide Part Time: M-F 7:15 AM - 7:45 AM M-F 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM Located a ½ mile from the Atlantic Ocean and 15 minutes from Portland, RSU 23 is a 700 student, three-school district seeking a Bus Aide to join our team.
The successful candidate should possess the following: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Citizenship, residency or work visa Maine Department of Education CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) https://www.

gov/doe/cert/fingerprinting QUALIFICATIONS / JOB SUMMARY: Supervise students while on the bus Ensure all students are secure in their seatbelts/wheelchairs if applicable.
Assist driver in maintaining good student conduct while on the bus Assure students get on and off the bus in a safe and good manner Is poised, disciplined and tactful while dealing with others.
