Responsibilities:
- Help potential Members/clients in their search to find a Fitness Solution.
- Conduct fitness consultations & assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels, experience, goals, obstacles & preferences, and guiding them into the appropriate outcomes-based programs.
- Design and implement personalized exercise programs for clients based on their goals, fitness level, and health conditions.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement, accountability and encouragement.
- Teach Group Fitness Classes & Small Group Training Sessions
- Help with Member administration.
Qualifications
- Certification in Personal Training and/or Health Coaching from a recognized organizations such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM required.
- Bachelor's degree in physical education, Exercise Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction & Small Group Coaching.
- Experience in sales, health coaching and motivational interviewing a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
