Valid driver's license

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
As a Program Site Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of your site.
You meticulously analyze data and metrics to pinpoint performance strengths and areas for improvement, allowing you to prioritize the needs of your staff and their caseloads effectively.
Conducting monthly case reviews becomes essential to maintain compliance, uphold quality standards, and ensure adherence to our high standards.
You take the lead in hiring, orienting, and training your team, fostering transparent communication about any policy, program, or agency changes.
Addressing operational concerns is part of your responsibility, and you provide coaching and support to your dedicated staff, conduct regular supervision, and assess their performance while identifying training and growth opportunities.
Coordinating all site operations, from logistics and facilities to staffing and workflow adherence, ensures a smoothly functioning site.
You also handle participant and staff concerns, manage schedules, and oversee mileage and reimbursement requests.
As a positive and professional representative of Fedcap and Families Forward, you collaborate within the Maine Leadership team and with the Regional Director to manage a high-performing, data-driven team committed to individual needs and achieving exceptional outcomes.
