Cornerstones of Maine is seeking a reliable and dedicated residential House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our program's step down house.
The House Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and creating a supportive and therapeutic living environment for residents.
This role does not manage any staff members and works independently a majority of the time, while maintaining a caseload of 6 or fewer clients.
The official title is Program Coordinator.
The ideal candidate has experience coaching young adults struggling with mental health challenges in the areas of: planning and time management, budgeting and money matters, organizing and maintaining a living space, task initiation, self-care, emotional regulation, and socialization.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Program Oversight:* Manage and supervise daily activities within the house, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and objectives.
* *Resident Support:* Provide emotional support to residents and facilitate group activities that promote socialization, personal growth, and mental health recovery.
* *Health, Safety, and Security:* Implement health and safety protocols and ensure the security of the house, conducting regular safety checks and addressing any concerns promptly.
Ensures house is clean and organized at all times, modeling good hygiene and housekeeping skills for residents.
* *Administrative Tasks:* Maintain accurate records, including resident files, incident reports, and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with Leadership and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
