*Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Able to successfully complete the CDS (Direct Support Professional Certification), CRMA (Certified Residential Medication Aide), CPR/First Aide, and a Crisis Intervention training, maintaining a high standard in each; Have reliable transportation, a clean driving record and a valid Maine driver’s license; Possess excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to be a real team player; Knowledge of licensing and regulations in the field; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; Flexible and able to manage multiple and competing priorities; Ability to proactively meet challenges and achieve solutions through collaboration.

*Essential Functions:*
* Lead the staff to provide the highest level of therapeutic, client focused supports in alignment with Bridge Support Services mission, vision, values and state licensing standards.
* Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of planning for individuals and their guardians in the Person-Centered Planning Process.
* Lead, develop, support and motivate a high performing team
* Role model initiative, a positive attitude, decision making and strong judgement
* Hold staff accountable to practices and policies of the organization
* Conduct supervision with every direct report
* Assist with the overseeing of ordering, inventory control, and the safe dispensation of medications according to CRMA guidelines.
Provide quality assurance checks ongoingly to ensure compliance.
* Oversee scheduling for optimal efficiency, demonstrating a good understanding of staffing patterns and optimal billing percentages
* Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws pertaining to licensure.

Demonstrate knowledge of the intake process to include timelines, consents, applications, survey’s, staffing patterns, and atrezzo information

Conduct independent learning and research to improve decision making and resident care

Participates in a on-call rotation

Completes other assignments as directed by the Area Director
