Activities Director - Bayview Manor

Bayview Manor in Searsport, ME is looking for an *Activity Director!* We are looking for a hardworking, caring, ENERGETIC and dependable person who enjoys working with a primarily elderly population.
Join the DLTC team and make a difference! The Activity Director’s primary role is to create and conduct a lively and enriching activity program for many residents with varying diagnosis and conditions.
This person must be able to create a visually appealing activity calendar every month and be committed to connecting to the resident population with a goal of every resident participating in the program.
Job Requirements Must be comfortable assisting elderly residents with daily living activities Must have a positive attitude and a desire to provide compassionate care Must have a bright personality and plenty of energy and love working with a various range of personalities.
Must have a valid clean driving record in order to drive a company vehicle and transport residents.
Must possess excellent planning abilities and be a highly organized professional, including being able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education Requirements High School Diploma / GED
