We have an opportunity for a KBI-Service Manager to join our Maine team.
You will provide management and training for all assigned staff while being fully responsible for all operations and financial functions of the assigned office.
Your leaderships skills and ability to maintain excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholders will be the keys to your success as a Service Manager.
You will:
Provide oversight and training for all direct reports, including administrative and technical staff.
Provides technical support for all field technicians, (24/7 phone support when indicated by exempt status)
Complete regular onsite audits of field technicians to evaluate skill levels.
Ensure all personnel are following company policies and procedures, using corrective action/progressive discipline when necessary to modify behavior.
Generate business opportunities in local markets.
Ensure office is adequately staffed to meet business needs, by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
Provide a safe and healthy work environment that is inclusive for all individuals.
Responsible for facility security and maintenance
Ensure all staff are following safety rules and regulations.
Monitor expenses with approval of expense reports, payroll and office expenditures ensuring office remains within budgets.

Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state issued driver’s license.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent service and relationship building skills.
Previous management experience or on the job equivalent experience
Ability to travel.
Position requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift fifty-five pounds.
