As a Sign Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in producing visually stunning and durable signs that make a lasting impression.
Join the 2022 and 2023 207Best of #1 Sign Company in Maine *Responsibilities:* * *Sign Fabrication:* Construct and assemble various types of signs according to design specifications using a variety of materials and tools.
* *Vinyl Application:* Skillfully apply vinyl graphics and lettering to signs, ensuring precision and accuracy.
* *Operate Machinery:* Utilize cutting-edge manufacturing equipment such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and other specialized tools to achieve optimal results.
* *Quality Control:* Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all signs meet our high standards for craftsmanship and durability.
* *Installation Support:* Assist with the installation of signs at client locations as needed, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
* *Maintenance:* Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
*Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Previous experience in sign manufacturing or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in using hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
* *Attention to Detail:* A meticulous eye for detail and precision in work to ensure the production of high-quality signage.
* *Team Player:* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* *Adaptability:* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in sign manufacturing.
