In search of groovy drummer (Portland)

Two guitars, bass, and keys looking for a like-minded drummer.
We're jam-oriented and create our own arrangements of traditional tunes, Dead, Dylan, etc.
We're hoping to find a drummer with volume control and dynamics.
Someone with a solid percussion background would be sweet.
We're all easy-going dudes with day jobs, families and busy lives, but would love to find a fit.
We make quality sounds, have a lot of fun, and have a great jam space.
