Budtender

Pamolab is looking for a highly motivated, positive and knowledgeable part-time Budtender, with potential to grow into full time work.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, constant desire for self-improvement and attention to details.
Our ideal budtender will be someone with a passion for the medical marijuana industry in Maine and for helping our patients find the meds for them.
Prior knowledge of concentrates/extraction is a plus but we will train the right person.

*Responsibilities and Duties* The main responsibilities of the Budtender include * Interacting with, educating, and advising patients to help them shop for their medicine.
* Operating a POS system to check in customers and complete transactions.
* Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility inside and out.
* Assisting with inventory management.
* Assisting with Packaging and additional lab work.
* Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products * Maintain a clean and organized store environment *Required Skills* * Valid IIC Card - Our facility is both medical and adult use.
* Valid Caregiver Assistant card (we will help get one of these under our caregiver) * Outstanding customer service skills.
* Ability to learn quickly.
* Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in a positive manner.
* Perform job duties in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work well with others in times of stress * Demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and adaptable work ethic * Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct with our patients.
* Ability to focus; attention to detail * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales *Required Education* * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic Computer knowledge *Physical and Other Requirements* * Must be able to spend extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching * Employees are required to perform repetitive motions.
