_*Purpose:*_
The Social Media Management/Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and proper guest flow through the spa on a daily basis.
The Social Media Management/Spa Concierge is responsible for preparing beverages for the guests prior to, during, between and after services.
The Social Media Management/Spa Concierge will work closely with therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatment(s).
The Social Media Management/Spa Concierge will strive each day to exceed our guests' expectations.
The Social Media Management/Spa Concierge is responsible for all social media posts for the spa.
_*Responsibilities:*_
· Answer phones
· Welcome each guest who enters the spa
· Provide beverages and other amenities to the guests
· Prepare the guests for services by assisting them to the dressing room, getting them a
robe, and explaining the flow procedure
· Provide guests with necessary paperwork for applicable services
· Schedule appointments using management software
· Maintain organization of changing lounges, quiet room, service areas, etc.
· Confirm appointments daily for the next business day
· Prepare and sale gift card
· Recommend and sale retail products
· Educate guests on spa services and retail products
· Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance
Standards
· Prepare guest folders and work tickets
· File completed guest folders
· Assist Coordinator with duties
· Abide by the protocols set forth by the spa
Responsible for all social media content and posts (reels, stories, posts, etc.
) for the spa
_*Organizational Relationships:*_
The Social Media Management/Spa Concierge reports directly to the Spa Coordinator and then the General Manager.
