This is a spacious and comfortable home situated where a small river flows into Penobscot Bay, standard rental includes up to 6 people.
The house has spacious rooms --- kitchen, living, dining, 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom.
Beds include a king, a queen, a double and a trundle bed which is in the same bedroom as the queen.

The grounds are tree-lined and nicely landscaped.
The water comes almost up to the lawn at high tide, and at low tide the water goes far out, exposing rocks and tidepools with lots of bird activity, including bald eagles.
A rowboat is included in the rental.
Water at the mouth of the river is warmer for swimming than most of the open coastal water in this area.
Location is five minutes from downtown Belfast, a beautiful coastal town with good restaurants, galleries, shops, a food co-op, movies, as well as all the necessities (drug stories, supermarket, hospital, etc).
It is also 20 minutes from Camden and 1 1/2 hr from beautiful Acadia National Park.
Though the property is only 3 miles from downtown Belfast, it has the feel of being on an island.
It is protected from the road by a high knoll which is tree covered as well as by a large parking area.
There is wi-fi in the house.
There is also a Roku TV.
A well-behaved pet could be considered.
