Position Summary
**Full remote working position
Position, under minimal supervision, manages specific assigned responsibilities related to budgets, cost accounting, reimbursement and financial planning.
Works closely with Manager of Finance to analyze, project and model clinical and financial data.
Prepares prospective financial pro forma information and financial analyses on other projects as needed.
** Experience with Strata and/or Infor is a plus**
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
License/Certifications: CPA preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years' related experience in computer modeling and financial analysis.
3-5 years of Healthcare finance related experience
Excellent financial analysis and business accounting skills
Analytical skills to collect pertinent information necessary to analyze complex problems, formulate sound solutions and implement those solutions
Ability to collect data in building financial pro formas for use in making business decisions
Outstanding attention to detail and an unwavering willingness to take ownership on one's work with a rigorous focus on accuracy and thoroughness
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Demonstrated integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
