Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales & Service Team Lead to join our growing team.
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a small team of customer sales and service representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
This is an in-office position, where you will be required to work from our company headquarters.
Responsibilities:
1.
Lead a team of customer sales and service representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing sales.
2.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance.
3.
Monitor team performance metrics, such as customer retention, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time, and take actions to improve results.
4.
Support team members in handling complex customer inquiries or issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
5.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members regarding their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
6.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and training to ensure effective communication and coordination of customer sales and service initiatives.
7.
Stay updated customer service tools like Gorgias, and implement update automations when appropriate.
8.
Address escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction and retention.
9.
Generate reports, analyze data, and present insights to the management team regarding order data to resolve any disruption to normal operations or systems

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, positivity, and professional development.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2.
Proven experience in customer sales and service, preferably in a leadership role.
3.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
5.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
6.
Sound knowledge of customer-centric approaches and sales strategies.
7.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
10.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
