Medical/Surgical Sales - Associate Sales Representative

*Job Summary*: Successful Zimmer Biomet CMF & Thoracic Distributor, Ascension Medical is seeking to hire a hard working, ambitious and resourceful person.
This is an entry level position into Medical Device Sales and be mentored to learn the business leading to your own territory.
*Who are we?* Zimmer Biomet is an industry leading musculoskeletal implant company.
Zimmer Biomet CMF&T is the fastest growing division within ZB.
Our products are sold through Ascension Medical in this area.
*What do we sell?* Generally speaking, we sell plates and screws that hold bones together in the head or chest that are broken in a trauma or cut in a reconstructive surgery.
Our products are used in the operating room during surgery.
*What is our opportunity?* Because of our strong growth, we are expanding and hiring an Associate Sales Representative (ASR).
The ASR position is a two-year program where the ASR will be mentored to learn medical device sales under a senior sales rep.
At the end of the two years, if successful this ASR is promoted out and get their own territory as a Territory Manager.
The ASR will cover cases, prepare surgical trays, and support the local sales team and hospital customers in the Maine area.

Candidates should be self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales.
Only New England area (Maine) candidates will be considered.
